Sofia Mastronardi was awarded a Bachelor’s of honours degree in Psychological Sciences and a Master’s degree in Clinical and Health Psychology by the D’Annunzio University of Chieti-Pescara, Italy. Both psychology degrees have been fully authenticated as holding Canadian equivalency by the World Education Services (WES).  She has carried out  professional training in the area of Clinical Psychology, specifically she has engaged in specialised  and evidenced based training  at the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).  Sofia is a Canadian citizen and she provides clinical services in English and Italian.

Sofia has met the academic requirements for registration with the College Of Psychologists Ontario and she is in the process of meeting the remaining requirements. Her academic qualifications have been reviewed and approved by the College of Psychologists (CPO) of Ontario. She is eligible to proceed with her application with the CPO.  Currently she works under the direct supervision of Dr. Caffrey-Craig in preparation for her licensure.

Sofia is a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals, and she is pursuing registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario as a Psychological Associate, in the area of Clinical Psychology.

In her professional practice Sofia is dedicated, placing immense importance in providing a welcoming and supportive space for clients to express their concerns and challenges. Sofia is passionate about helping adults who struggle with a variety of  concerns, such as Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and Depression.

At the Dr. Caffrey-Craig Clinic, Sofia works as a Clinic Associate under the direct supervision of Dr. Caffrey-Craig, registered Clinical Psychologist of the College of Psychologists of Ontario and Clinic Director.
