Psychological Associate 

Lital is Registered Psychological Associate of the College of Psychologists of Ontario. Within her career, she is highly focused and dedicated to providing professional services for adults as she strives to support mental health and growth mind-set.  

 

At the Dr. Caffrey-Craig Clinic, Lital’s current clinical practice as a Psychological Associate mainly focuses on providing psychological services to adults seeking therapeutic support. Lital has experience working with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma related experiences, PTSD, interpersonal difficulties and issues related to Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

 

Lital was awarded a Master’s degree in Psychology from Medaille College in Williamsville, New York, US. At the Dr Caffrey-Craig Clinic, Lital provides psychological services to adults.

 

In her clinical practice, Lital provides a compassionate and collaborative approach enabling clients to actively engage in the process of change and develop trust in the therapeutic process. Lital is guided by the principles of evidenced based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (C.B.T.) proven to be highly effective for adults.
